Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to all products and services provided by Axiom IV Hydration Therapy, Inc. DBA Axiom Healthspan (“Axiom Healthspan”), whether purchased via axiomhealthspan.com or our dedicated peptide portal at axmpeptides.com.

1. Final Sale – No Refunds

All sales are final. Axiom Healthspan does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any services, treatments, or products once the purchase is complete. This strict “no refund” policy is due to the medical nature of our services and the specialized handling required for prescription-grade medications.

2. Peptide and Prescription Products

All orders processed, including those via axmpeptides.com, are non-refundable once they have been submitted.

  • Regulatory Compliance: For safety reasons, prescription medications and peptides (including but not limited to BPC-157, CJC-1295, and Ipamorelin) cannot be returned, restocked, or reused once they have been dispensed or shipped.

  • No Cancellations: We do not offer a cancellation window for medication orders. Once an order is placed, the clinical and fulfillment process begins immediately.

3. Service and Appointment Policy

  • No Refunds for Cancellations: We do not offer refunds for clients who choose to cancel their service or program.

  • No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a non-refundable $50.00 charge.

4. Medical Ineligibility Exception

If a patient is found medically ineligible for a specific program by our providers during a telehealth consultation, a refund for the product cost will be issued.

Important: This refund will be issued minus any credit card processing fees. Once a medication has been processed by the pharmacy or shipped, this exception no longer applies.

5. Damaged Shipments

If your order from Axiom Healthspan arrives damaged or contains a fulfillment error, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the claim and, at our discretion, provide a replacement.
